SITE MANAGER – COMMERCIAL FIT-OUT
Central Scotland | Competitive Salary / Package | Permanent
Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with an established and highly regarded contractor specialising in the delivery of high-quality commercial fit-out, refurbishment and workplace projects across Scotland.
Due to continued project activity, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their construction delivery team. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard.
The Role
Day-to-day management of site operations.
Coordination and management of subcontractors and trades.
Managing programme and ensuring key project milestones are achieved.
Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety.
Quality control and management of snagging works.
Liaising with Project Managers, clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Coordinating materials, labour and site logistics.
Maintaining site documentation and progress reporting.
Driving projects through to successful completion and handover.
The Candidate
We are particularly interested in speaking with Site Managers who have experience within:
Commercial fit-out.
Office interiors.
Refurbishment.
Design & Build environments.
Fast-paced internal fit-out projects.
You should have strong subcontractor management skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage projects on site from commencement through to handover.
A valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualification would be highly desirable.
