Job description
We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to deliver retail fit-out projects across the UK.
This role will involve managing fast-paced retail environments, often working to tight programmes while maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Full day-to-day management of retail fit-out sites
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and trades
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Maintaining site health & safety standards and compliance
Managing site documentation, RAMS, permits, and reports
Liaising with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and inspections
Requirements:
Proven experience delivering retail fit-out projects
Valid SMSTS
Valid CSCS card
Valid First Aid at Work
Willingness to work UK wide
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
