Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced fit-out project in Glasgow City, starting 2nd February on a 6-week freelance basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of site operations
Coordinating subcontractors and trades
Ensuring works are delivered on programme and to specification
Maintaining high standards of health & safety
Liaising with project management and clients
Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
Requirements:
Proven experience managing fit-out projects
SMSTS
First Aid at Work
CSCS
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage short-term, high-pressure projects
