Job description
We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a new build retail store project in West Dunbartonshire.
Key Responsibilities:
Full day-to-day management of the construction site
Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
Ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to programme
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site quality
Managing site documentation including RAMS, permits, and progress reports
Liaising with project management, consultants, and the client
Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and inspections
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build retail or commercial projects
Valid SMSTS
Valid CSCS card
First Aid at Work (required or preferred)
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
