Clarkson Owens Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading Glasgow City Centre based consultancy looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing team.
Duties Include
Condition Surveys
Reinstatement Cost Assessments
Schedule of Conditions
Dilapidations
Building Pathology
Ideal Candidate
Hold a degree in Building Surveying and qualified to MRICS
Good interpersonal skills
An Ambitious can-do attitude
Good technical knowledge in all matters relating to building surveying
Attention to detail
Working knowledge of IT systems and CAD.
Experience in health and safety procedures and the CDM Regulations.
Previous relevant experience
Full, Clean UK driving license.
