The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and delivering training,
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop training content deliver all new hire, refresher and remedial trainings for the client Carry out Training needs analysis Maintain training quality as per client SLA Create/update training content as per changing market trends and FCA regulations Maintain and collate reports and dashboards to training lead Ensure smooth transition of new entrants from training to production Involvement in motivational activities, implementing feedback given during coaching sessions Experience needed
Minimum 3 years in customer service Industry Minimum 12 months’ experience delivering training Minimum 6 months contact centre experience
