You will be working for a long established brickwork sub-contractor operating within the commercial and residential housing sectors throughout Central Scotland.
You should be able to demonstrate: - Strong people management skills, being able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. - Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills. - A strong understanding and appreciation for the responsibilities and commitments of all other stakeholders on different types of projects - A proactive problem solver, someone with a solution driven approach to their work.
Supporting the Construction Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the full process of allocated projects, ensuring safety and quality on site. Liaising effectively with the customer, client, and design team. Allocating labour and material orders on a weekly basis. Providing health and safety guidance to Site Managers and tradespeople.
